Community Navigators

About

In January 2010 I began working with the Whatcom Family Community Network and their Community Navigator Program.  The Community Navigator program is a partnership between WFCN and Children’s Administration where we work with families that are involved in the system.  Our job is to use an Asset Based approach to their situation and to help facilitate a viable support system, meet practical needs, and have the ultimate goal of a healthy reunited family.
